Campaign to Save Iraqi Children Gathers Momentum [Archives:1997/51/Local News]

The campaign initiated by Yemen Times to save the children of Iraq has received an enthusiastic welcome by Yemenis. Around 32,000 people have signed the Yemen Times appeal. The signatures will be sent to the UN Secretary-General. It is to be noted that the people of Iraq are the victims of a national bully and an international bully – Saddam and the US administration.
