I am writing this letter with full of dissatisfaction in my heart. I am basically a Yemeni of the Khalagi community staying in India. I came to Yemen to meet my grandparents and during this time, I got the job as am dentist. Since 5 months, I have been trying to get identity card but the government people are not at all ready talk to me. Is this the promise done by the president that the Yemenis staying abroad can come to there homeland and we will provide them nationality. I have documents from the Yemen community from Hyderabad and all my relatives are present here. But still, they are creating lot of problems for me. If I go to Hadramout to get nationality, they say it is possible to get it only in Sanaa. When I come to Sanaa, they say it can be done only in Hadramout. I have spent lot of money on this but to no avail.
I am a doctor and I want serve this country which is my real homeland, but I think I have to go back to India where I will be respected. I hope that my call for justice could be heard through your newspaper.
