Fadul Saeed Abdullah Moqbil
Son of the deceased,
Representative of his family

We are the family of Saeed Abdullah Moqbil, and we are demanding compensation from the Yemen Hunt Oil Company subcontracting company Al-Hashidi Co for Trading and Oil Contracting, over the death of our father who had suffered from a disease that he was exposed to during his work in April 2001.
When taken for medical examination, he was told that he had been suffering from renal failure with acute hepatitis, and the company physician had referred him to Al-Jomhori Hospital, which lacked the means for his cure, leading to his unfortunate death.
The company should have given greater care to him as he was a hard working doctor according to a formal signed certificate by the Yemen Hunt Oil Company itself.
Ever since then, we have tried to get justice served to us with no avail as my father's allowances were not delivered and his rights were not given, contrary to what should be according to the county's social security regulations and laws.
We demand that our father's rights be given to his family and want the press to take this issue seriously so as authorities concerned could help us survive.
