I had read in your 24 January 2005 edition of Yemen Times the wonderful article entitled “A chocolicious affair” by Amrita Satapathy of Utkal University, Orissa, India.
It was indeed so complete, interesting, and magnificent!
Let me say that in a few parts of my country, Mexico (small villages in Oaxaca and Yucatan) you can find the beverage of chocolate made with the “original recipe” that our antiques Emperors and Mexican Indians enjoyed…The flavor is unique!
