Columnist Khalid al-Harwachi says in his article that no sooner that members of the new government have finished taking their constitutional oath and statement of action by the head of the state than they began to let loose their statements
In which they talked about the instant and future tasks they are planning each in his ministry. The ministers statements came full of bright promises that confirm their determination to end the negative phenomena and reform the situations, even before their getting acquainted with their ministries and the jobs they are entrusted carry out, especially concerning the new ministers. The hope is that statements should give way to acts because they are the only language understandable by the citizen who does not need any comment on them.
