Suggestion on YT’s poll box [Archives:2003/682/Letters to the Editor]

As a frequent Yemeni who is living in the USA, and a visitor to the Yemen Times on the web, I would like to make a suggestion.
I am a frequent voter in the interactive poll of the website. I’ve noticed that not many people vote. Why is that? Could it be that the interactive poll icon is placed in the bottom of the main page; therefore, viewers are not able to see it and vote? Or maybe there is another reason.
But, I sincerely believe that the poll box should be placed somewhere on the top of the main web page, like that of Aljazeera’s web page.
The reason why I’m suggesting this is because I am interested in seeing more people vote. The more people vote, the more I see how many people share my opinion, especially as I am a proud, frequent visitor to my favorite Yemeni web site, YemenTimes.com.
