The series of suicides continues in Taiz Governorate [Archives:2004/740/Local News]

The suicide attempts continue for various reasons in Taiz. Abdulah Qaid Khalid, 40-year old, killed himself on Thursday May 13, 2004, by firing five shots at his body from his automatic machine gun, resulting to his immediate death. Another 17 year old boy killed himself using his scarf as a rope. He left a note beside himself blaming the harsh treatment of his father as the reason for killing himself.
Another suicide took place in the Republican Hospital neighborhood when a young man committed suicide.
