Two workshops on Water [Archives:2000/34/Local News]

Organized by the National Authority for Water Resources, two workshops on water were kicked off last Saturday in Taiz. The workshops will last for four days, two days in Taiz and two in Ibb. The workshops were attended by governors of both governorates.
The first workshop focused on the countryside sector while the second on the town sector. They aim at considering the executive plan to handle water resources from Wadi Rassyan.
The plan will play a guiding and organizing role to make the best use of available water resources, considered to be the main factor in developing the region.
