Mr. Leonard De Vos has recently arrived in Yemen to join UNICEF as the Representative to Sanaa office.
Prior to Yemen, Mr. De Vos has been serving as the representative of UNICEF in Cambodia since September 1996. In this capacity, Mr. De Vos was responsible for the overall implementation of the countrys program including planning, co-ordination and evaluation of a broad range of UNICEF program benefiting children and women in Cambodia.
