Your letter about women in leadership is timely.
In the Arab world, we seem to forget – or ignore – that women are the first teachers of our children and the mothers of our civilization.
It is only by helping and encouraging women to realize their full potential and be full partners in all spheres of society that men will ever realize their full potential and be able to hold their own in a competitive world.
