It is claimed that Iraqis were tortured while Arabs were not only during Saddam's rule. But now it is Arabs who are tortured and are drinking from the same cup Iraqis drank from before.
The Iraqi Interim government council has issued a decision that all Arab students, Yemenis are included; on the account of Al-Baath party national leadership should pay fees from now up in hard currency.
It is a merciless decision aiming to destroy the future of many students particularly Yemenis. What was their guilt? Imagine what might be coming. It would definitely be worse.
Yemeni students are very disappointed and frustrated, and are seeking Yemeni government help.
