Respect of humanity and especially that for the workingman must be revised and though over again. This is to be through uplifting of the work value by raising allowances and salaries in all production and services sectors. Where the basic salary should be able to provide for the basic necessities of life such as accommodation, food and health in a respectable way.
Providing a dignified way of living to every person is the only guarantee to the glory of the country and its stability. For development of any country is based and measured according to the development of its people. However, today salaries have gone back to what they were three decades ago while the prices have been set loose causing living expenses to soar high especially comparing with the income. And in addition to this and that, unemployment and poverty are in continuous increase threatening to subject this country to malnutrition if not famine, and family destruction with no breakthrough.
These issues are of interest and concern to all, and the solution of this problem is not impossible but only if all felt the consequences and the political dimensions of this issue, near and far-off.
People's level of living is the deciding factor for their involvement in their present and reaction to this present's issues. Therefore, the sustaining of the internal conditions is the job of the managerial and financial reform. And is base is to increase the production energy and holistic activation of the wasted energies. And it is the only way to enhance social, economic and cultural status of our country. The state is demanded to set a new employment hierarchy for salaries and wages and to improve the quality of its appreciating citizen's work and developing his skills and abilities throughout his career.
Development of education and health and ensuring job safety is of no less importance to other aspects such as raising of political participation, economic, defense and security aspects of the citizens.
Also creating new working relations is an entrance to enhancing the citizen's status and the country. All is dependent on the enforcing of law and order in an honest responsible way considering the duties and responsibilities trade off for all at the same level without any bias or favoritism.
The enforcement of good and decent working relationships and emphasizing on the work and production as well as renovating the work force and developing it with new skills and abilities is the essence of developing this country instead of the endless disputes and unhealthy environments controlling many work places.
